1. Introduction

Freelance Guide Portugal (freelanceguide.pt) is operated by Ivan Breslauer. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit this site, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.

This site is committed to your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

2. Data We Collect

This site does not ask you to create an account, submit a form, or provide any personal information. However, as with any website, some technical data is processed automatically as part of normal hosting:

  • IP address (used for routing and security by our hosting provider)
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Pages visited and timestamps
  • Referring URL

This data is processed by Cloudflare, our infrastructure and CDN provider, and is subject to their privacy practices. We do not actively store or process this data ourselves.

3. Analytics

This site currently uses no analytics tools. If analytics are added in the future, we will use only privacy-friendly solutions that do not use cookies, do not track users across sites, and do not collect personally identifiable information. This policy will be updated accordingly.

4. Cookies

This site does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any cookies that collect personal information. No cookie consent banner is shown because none is required.

5. Third-Party Services

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare processes network traffic to deliver the site and protect against abuse. For details on how Cloudflare handles data, refer to the Cloudflare Privacy Policy .

No other third-party services (advertising networks, social media trackers, or data brokers) are integrated into this site.

6. Your Rights Under GDPR

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • Right of access — request a copy of any personal data held about you
  • Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure — request deletion of your personal data
  • Right to data portability — request your data in a portable format
  • Right to object — object to processing of your personal data
  • Right to restrict processing — request that processing be limited

Because this site does not collect personal data beyond what is automatically processed by Cloudflare's infrastructure, most of these rights are best exercised directly with Cloudflare. For any requests related to this site specifically, contact us at hello@freelanceguide.pt.

We do not store personal data on our own systems. Server and access logs are retained by Cloudflare in accordance with their standard data retention policies.
